My Quilt Gallery is a work in progress. You will find pics to my finished quilts, monthly bee blocks, and patterns that I’ve designed and links to their stories and/or patterns.
Quilts I’ve Made
My 21 Year Quilt
Read more about the quilt that took me 21 years to make here (Tu-Na Quilts: Welcome to the Third Week of the 2017 New Quilt Blogger’s Hop).
Quilter’s Laundry Day
I made this one as part of the Quilter’s Laundry Day Blog Hop in 2017. We were given the basic pattern and encouraged to personalize and embellish it. Click here (Tu-Na Quilts: “Oh Let the Sun Shine In” On This Quilter’s Laundry Day) to read more and find where to download this free pattern.
The Plus Quilt was made in the summer of 2016 for our foreign exchange daughter. You can read the story and the making of the quilt here (Tu-Na Quilts: Wanted-Sister to Help Share the Brotherly Love).
Little House on the Prairie #2
I made the above quilt in 2016 for my grandson who loves the Little House on the Prairie series of books by Laura Ingalls Wilder. Click here (Tu-Na Quilts: Once is Good But Twice is Better) to read the story, see close-up pics of the blocks, and find the link to the patterns for the blocks except for the covered wagon which I designed and still is in draft form.
Little House on the Prairie #1
I made this quilt in 2015 for my friend’s granddaughter to celebrate an answered prayer. Read more about this story as well as get the pattern links here (Tu-Na Quilts: Pre…senting Tu-Na)
Giraffe Quilts #1 and #2
In 2015, I made two giraffe quilts, one slightly larger than the other, for my grandchildren. Find a link to the pattern here (Tu-Na Quilts: Preee…senting Tu-Na).
2017 Bee Blocks
I sewed and mailed the above blocks in January. Find the pattern links here (Tu-Na Quilts: The Three Bees).
I sewed and mailed the above blocks in February. Find the pattern links here (Tu-Na Quilts: February Bee Blocks and the Postage Saga).
I sewed two blocks for each Bee mate. Read my post here (Tu-Na Quilts: Catching up with the March Bee Blocks and the Continuing Postage Saga) to find out why and also to get the pattern links.
Read about these Bee blocks and find links to the patterns here (Tu-Na Quilts: April Bee Blocks are Done and Mailed). Those crow blocks took on a personality by themselves and I wrote another post with their letter of introduction that I mailed with them to their new owner. You can read it here (Tu-Na Quilts: Velda’s Crows) and also take a Crow Quiz to see if you can match the crow with their name.
Aren’t those cats cute? But the star on the top left has been added to my “make for myself” list. You can read more about these blocks and get pattern links here (Tu-Na Quilts: The May Bee Blocks Were on Their Way Before Month’s End).
Blocks I’ve designed
I designed Anne’s Flower as part of the 2016 Cloud 9 New Block Blog Hop. Get the free pattern and tutorial here (Tu-Na Quilts: Presenting Anne’s Flower).
